  Dieter Eby Newman (278) Alternate DOB and DOD: He states in his book that Samuels DOB was 19 Aug 1801 in Pennsylvania and his DOD was 24 Mar 1890. 1850 Census Perry, Richland, Ohio as Samuel EBY 1860 Census Perry, Richland, Ohio as Samuel EBY living with his brother Jackson. There is also a Fannie living there and I'm not sure if this is Samuel's wife Fannie or Jackson and Samuel's sister named Veronica (Fannie) 1870 Census Perry, Richland, Ohio as Samuel EBY.
